Day 11: What’s you favorite thinspo blog and why? I love lots of them but none really stick out.
Day 12: What do you normally eat? I eat a lot of Onions, peppers, fish, egg whites, and yeah that’s about it!
Day 13: Are you losing weight in a healthy or unhealthy way? Mostly healthy. I say mostly because there are days that I don’t hit my calories, I tend to be under but for the most part I do it all really healthily
This gorgeous woman right here just got done running another half marathon, she ran the Inaugural Hollywood Half Marathon this morning!
This is my Momma! She is the most amazing woman I have ever met.
She is in her 50’s, she runs marathons, half marathons, rides road bikes, hikes, mountain bikes, and white water and sea kayaks. She is so incredibly inspirational fitness wise.
It doesn’t stop there, she is hilarious, amazing at her job which is being a High School Counselor and teaches English. She is actually a counselor you can talk to!
I am so lucky to call this beautiful woman my Momma!

My low-cal carmelized onions over grilled tilapia!
I am going grocery shopping tonight! Any suggestions?
Baked Zucchini Sticks
- 1 whole sliced zucchini
- 1 egg
- 1 slice of toasted organic multigrain bread
- put toast into a food processor ( I used a short cup for the magic bullet) should look like bread crumbs. Put in a separate bowl.
- in another bowl whisk 1 egg
- dip zucchini slices in to egg then the bread crumbs then onto a baking sheet
Set Oven to 425 degrees and bake for 15-20 mins
Dip in tomato sauce or my favorite, seafood sauce !

I went grocery shopping today..
I got Tilapia which I love because it’s only 100 cals a filet
Smart Popcorn which again is only 100 cals a bag
24 pack of Diet Coke
ummm I think that was it. haha oh wait I also got Monster haha cause I love it so much!
OMG I almost forgot I bought myself a Shrimp Cocktail! It will be mine, omg i love shrimp more than you will ever know!
When I try to do floor exercises…
I get mauled by my three chihuahuas. I love them to death but uhhh my tummy needs exercise.
Maybe I should buy a hula hoop?!
