Sorry it has taken me so long to answer this!
I will be honest, I shocked the hell out of my body with eating well, exercising, and introducing it to water! I never drank water before, literally my body was fueled solely by Calorie free Monster and Diet Mt. Dew.
I have started drinking a gallon of water a day, eating “cleaner” ( I go to a lot of events where fresh and clean options aren’t available.)
I can’t exercise a lot due to a car accident I was in, but I do what little I can.
I will be honest though my weight loss has since basically stopped. I continue to see changes in appearance as far as muscles go and the beloved collarbones but weight wise I am stuck! I am extremely discouraged but I will not go back to how I was, I will continue to live this way and hopefully my body will respond soon with more weight loss.
Damn you Shark Week, I don’t want to hangout with you!
If this isn’t motivation to shed those extra pounds, I don’t know what is.
